The challenge

A pest control system is only worth something if it works and is recorded: the audit checks both.

How the assignment unfolded

In Bouaké, Cajou des Savanes produces cashew kernels, a product sensitive to pests. The company called on us for an outside view of its system. We audited pest management in production, checked the control system in place and reviewed the records that keep track of it, before delivering our conclusions.
