The challenge
Setting up a quality management system means understanding the standard, meeting regulatory requirements and putting quality management principles into daily practice.
How the assignment unfolded
In Ouagadougou, BBC & Partners wanted to organise the way it works according to the ISO 9001 standard. The support began with training in the standard, so that the teams understood its requirements. We then supported the company on the normative and regulatory requirements, and prepared with it the implementation of the seven quality management principles. This coaching spanned more than a year, at the company’s own pace.
