Behind every decision, there is the field. Since 2015, Scham’s Consulting has supported companies, cooperatives, institutions and development organisations, across Côte d’Ivoire and beyond. Under the leadership of Aboubakar Traoré, Chief Executive Officer, engineer and quality specialist, Scham’s Consulting brings together a team with complementary profiles, driven by rigour, integrity and responsibility. Five complementary fields, one standard. In the fields, we support farmers and cooperatives, from the nursery to the traceability markets demand. At the port, we supervise loading and discharge, carry out draft surveys, inspect cargoes and monitor stocks. We control quality, audit procedures and have your products tested by accredited partner laboratories. To inform your decisions, we carry out diagnostics, studies and monitoring and evaluation, alongside the stakeholders involved. And because results must last, we train teams, from management to field techniques. Our approach has three steps: frame, deliver, report. With rigour, confidentiality and deadlines met, and one dedicated contact, from first meeting to final report. Founded in 2015, Scham’s Consulting draws on more than twenty years of senior management experience and five complementary fields. Among our key projects: the national catalogue of plant varieties for PDC2V; structuring the rice value chain with IFDC and 2SCALE; training community promoters for GIZ; export phytosanitary procedures for the Cotton and Cashew Council. They trust us: the World Bank, GIZ, IFDC, 2SCALE, the Cotton and Cashew Council, and many others. From field to port, at every step, we stand by your side. Scham’s Consulting. Combined expertise, better-managed projects.
